8. Account Suspension & Closure

cv678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, completion of a self-exclusion request, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.

Players may also voluntarily close their own cv678 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided the account is not under investigation for any breach of these terms.

• Suspension for Investigation: cv678 may place a temporary suspension on an account while conducting a fraud investigation, KYC review, or compliance check. During a suspension, the player may not deposit, withdraw, or place bets. cv678 will endeavour to complete all investigations within 14 business days.
